The sweepstakes will begin in early March and run for six months, he said, adding that there will be several ways to win tickets, including a sweepstakes system and two-for-one purchases.

Hong Kong’s economy contracted in 2022 due to Covid. Hong Kong welcomed some 605,000 visitors last year as the city slowly lifted Covid restrictions, compared with 91,000 in 2021, according to the local tourism board. That compares to nearly 56 million in 2019 before the pandemic hit.
